1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using voice.aiauthor.pub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

voice.aiauthor.pub provides text-to-speech conversion services. We convert text documents (in .md, .pdf, or .docx formats) into audio files (WAV and/or MP3) using AI-powered technology.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Service is charged at $10 per 1,000,000 characters
• New users receive $5 free credit upon registration
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Auto top-up threshold is set at $5 by default (configurable)
• Auto top-up amount is set at $10 by default (configurable)

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Keeping your contact information up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harassment, defamation, or spam content
• Generating content that could be harmful or malicious

6. File Formats

We accept the following input file formats:

• .md (Markdown)
• .pdf (PDF documents)
• .docx (Microsoft Word documents)

Maximum file size is 10MB. Output formats include WAV and MP3.

7. Delivery and Storage

• Audio files are stored on Google Drive
• Download links are valid for 90 days from generation
• Files are delivered via email to the registered address
• Users are responsible for downloading files before expiry

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service (instant digital product delivery), we generally do not offer refunds once audio has been successfully generated and delivered. If you experience technical issues, please contact support.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

voice.aiauthor.pub shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
