Refund Policy

Because voice.aiauthor.pub provides digital, compute-backed, on-demand processing, charges are generally non-refundable once a job has begun processing or an output has been generated or delivered.

1. When Refunds May Be Considered

• duplicate charges caused by a clear billing error;
• technical failure preventing generation where no usable output was delivered;
• unauthorized payment proven to our reasonable satisfaction; or
• cases where Applicable Law requires a refund.

2. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

• you changed your mind after successful delivery;
• you dislike creative or stylistic characteristics of generated output;
• the problem relates to your own submitted content, rights issues, formatting issues, or input quality; or
• download links expired because you did not retrieve files in time.

3. Credits Instead of Refunds

Where appropriate, we may issue service credit, a rerun, or another goodwill adjustment instead of a cash refund.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is invalid, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or recovery action.

Refund requests should be sent to admin@aiauthor.pub with sufficient detail to identify the transaction and the affected job. This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on the website.
